In this issue, we conclude our series of Conversations on the changing business model for media-rich products. We started with movies, then television, and in this issue look at the changing business model for books through the eyes of Tami Heim, former president of Borders Books. In the next issue, our Conversation will feature Gloria Nelund, who spent 30 years on Wall Street as an executive in the international asset management industry, working most recently as CEO of Deutsche Bank’s $50 billion North America Private Wealth Management division. She now runs TriLinc Global, a socially responsible investment fund.
