I enjoyed you web site, as a student at the Northwest Indian College in Lapwai. I am studing the results of the pesticides and herbicides on the Valley. It has come up again and again the harmful effects we are having because of the oversprayin of pesticides and herbicides over this valley. Thank you for your dedication. Sincerly Bonnie

I am so impressed by the work that Peter Dill is doing! What a courage to stand against Goliath without fear and not just talking, but doing it!

I was so blessed to grow up in organic environment. We had a big family and the best food I had at home is a fresh baked bread with raw milk! We were ever healthy because of that! We had fruits and vegetables that had fragrance and taste! For example, when you eat tomatoes you see crystals inside full of juice and it tastes so good you don't even need any salt or a dressing to "improve" the taste! I am so sad that today my kids are limited on this luxury. And am so happy that there is hope for the future through people like Peter Dill. Thank you Peter

We seem to have more and more restaurants that only source food locally, say within a 10 mile radius, and this has surely got to be the way forward to both help support local organic growers and to reduce food miles.

Growing up, I had access to raw milk, as we had a family cow on our small farm. No one ever got sick, and we had milk (lots of it) every day. When I hear about an e coli outbreak when raw milk is involved, I always wonder how/why. We were always careful to strain the milk and get it into the fridge quickly. I don't recall it being a big deal. Maybe it was just minus any nearby political jockeying?
